4.1 THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DIGIPOS
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
4.2 DIGIPOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
4.3 DIGIPOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE SHARIA’A-COMPLIANT EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN CONNECTION WITH SPECIFIC SERVICES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES COMPLIES WITH ALL APPLICABLE SHARIA’A PRINCIPLES.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGIPOS,
ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF DIGIPOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6.1 Digipos may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
